Question 1

Is using a boosting service safe for my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Elixar booster follows strict safety protocols, including VPN matching to your region and discreet play, to keep your account fully protected. We never use cheats or third-party software that could put your account at risk.

Question 2

How fast is delivery on a boosting order?

Accepted Answer

Most orders begin shortly after purchase, and each service lists an estimated delivery window at checkout. Delivery times vary by service, ranging from a few hours to several days for larger jobs, and you can track progress live from your orders page.

Question 3

Do I need to share my account login?

Accepted Answer

Only for services that require account access, which is clearly marked before you buy. Many services can be completed in self-play or via party/carry mode so you never share credentials. When access is needed, your details are handled securely and you can change your password after completion.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout, and you can also pay using Elixar credits earned through purchases and rewards.

Question 5

Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be cancelled for free within the first hour if work has not started. After that, you can request a cancellation and our support team will review it. Reach out any time and we'll help resolve your situation.

Question 6

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our support team is available around the clock. You can open a ticket from the support page or chat with our assistant for instant help, and a human agent is always available for order-specific issues.
