1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to buy, open or hold packs. By buying a pack you confirm you meet this requirement.

Packs are void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for making sure buying packs is legal where you live. We may refuse, cancel or refund any order, and may restrict access from any jurisdiction, at our discretion.

2. What you are buying

A slab pack is a purchase of one randomly selected trading card that has been graded and encapsulated by PSA. You are buying a physical collectible, not a chance to win money. The pack price is the price of the collectible you receive.

An FC coin pack is a purchase of a randomly determined amount of in-game coin delivered to your own game account by our team.

Packs are not an investment. No pack, slab, coin balance or Elixar is a security, deposit, or financial product.

3. Odds and value

Standard slab pack odds: Common 55%, Rare 32%, Hit 10%, Chase 3%, Grail 0.4%.

Black Label pack odds: Common 55%, Rare 32%, Hit 10%, Chase 3%, Grail 0.4%, Jackpot 0.0%.

Crown Vault pack odds: Common 55%, Rare 32%, Hit 10%, Chase 3%, Grail 0.4%, Jackpot 0.0%.

Royal Trio pack odds: Common 55%, Rare 32%, Hit 10%, Chase 3%, Grail 0.4%, Jackpot 0.0%.

Mythic pack odds: Common 55%, Rare 32%, Hit 10%, Chase 3%, Grail 0.4%, Jackpot 0.0%.

Sure Shot pack odds: Rare 85%, Hit 13%, Chase 2%.

Double or Nothing pack odds: Brick 76%, Double 23%, Grail 1%.

Moonshot pack odds: Common 80%, Rare 17%, Chase 3%, Grail 0.5%.

On average a pack returns less market value than its price (roughly 75–85% depending on the pack). Most packs contain an item worth less than you paid. You may lose the full difference between what you paid and the value of what you receive.

Higher tiers are subject to available inventory. If a slab from the tier you roll can't be supplied when you open, you receive a slab from the next tier down. The odds shown are the odds of rolling each tier before that adjustment.

Market values are estimates from third-party sales data (PriceCharting.com) at the time of opening. They are not an appraisal, an offer to buy, or a guarantee of what you could resell the item for. Values change and may be wrong.

4. Buyback and Elixars

You can sell an opened slab back to us once, for 85% of its market value at the time of opening, paid in Elixars.

Elixars are store credit for use on Elixar only. They have no cash value and can't be withdrawn, cashed out, transferred, sold or exchanged for money or anything outside the store. We may change the buyback rate for future openings.

5. Storage and shipping

Slabs you keep are held for you until you request shipping. Once shipping is requested a slab can't be sold back. We ship insured to the address you give us; we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you entered. Delivery times are estimates.

Customs duties and import taxes outside the United States are your responsibility.

6. Refunds

All pack sales are final. Packs (including FC packs) are non-refundable and can't be cancelled once paid for, whether opened or sealed. Shipping fees for slabs are also non-refundable once paid. Chargebacks on pack purchases may result in account suspension and the reversal of any slabs, Elixars or coins received.

7. FC coin packs

Moving coins into a game account may violate the game publisher's terms of service and can lead to penalties, including loss of coins or a ban on your account. You accept this risk. We are not liable for any action a publisher takes against your account.

8. Trademarks

Pokémon and all related names, characters and images are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. PSA is a trademark of Collectors Universe, Inc. EA SPORTS FC is a trademark of Electronic Arts Inc. Elixar is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies. Card images are used only to identify the graded items offered.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a pack is limited to the price you paid for that pack. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for changes in the market value of any item.

10. Play responsibly
